KCS is a family-owned construction company founded by Alan Korsgaden, who has spent more than 40 years building and renovating homes throughout Northern California. What started as Alan’s personal commitment to craftsmanship has grown into a multigenerational effort, grounded in the same values that shaped the company from day one—take pride in the work, treat clients like long-term partners, and build spaces meant to last.

Decades later, KCS is known for blending old-world skill with modern design and construction techniques. From full custom homes to kitchen and bath remodels, ADUs, exterior upgrades, and specialized craftsmanship, the emphasis stays on quality, clarity, and delivering results that feel both beautiful and dependable.
